HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

You will receive an email with order confirmation once your order has been placed. Once your order is processed and being shipped, You will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Unfortunately, no. Once your order been placed we are unable to cancel.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR WAS STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO? 

Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Roze Lookz LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment. To prevent this problem, we highly recommended requesting a signature confirmation shipping when checking out. This will avoid packages from being delivered to the wrong address being lost or stolen.
